Bigby, nemarsde and rossi720 have copies of the official FFG rule books and supplements. Contact them by email if you want to read.
Wookiepeedia
This wiki has a lot of online info on Star Wars, but bear in mind that since acquiring the IP from Lucasfilm, Disney have reclassified the setting into Canon and Legends. Most pages in Wookiepeedia now have tabs at the top so you can read about the version differences, if any. Basically, if you saw it in a theatrically-released Star Wars feature film it's Canon. (So Ewok Adventures doesn't count because it was straight to video. A great shame, and probably the reason why the new films are faltering.*)
But this is Bigby's game, not Disney's, so who knows what alternate adventures are or are not out there, waiting for us in the Galaxy.
*This glassy-eyed psycho is Chukha-Trok. His balls were so big, if placed in Endor's orbit they could eclipse a Death Star. He died attacking a 30-metre tall Gorax with stone axe. Empire, this is why you do not f*** with the Endor Home Team!
